Spruce Row's on site rental units
are large travel trailers which can accommodate a family comfortably.
Each unit comes equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot,
air conditioner, heat, full bath, and full kitchen including a microwave.
Each guest needs to bring their own linens and bedding. We provide
toilet paper, dish cloths, and paper towels. All
units are pet free and smoke free. PETS ARE
NOT WELCOME IN OUR RENTAL UNITS. These units go
quickly so make your reservations now.
RATES:
Daily: $78.20
Weekly: $450
Holiday Weekend: $267
All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children. Additional fees for additional people apply. We take a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation, and for 1 week or more reservations, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. For all rental reservations, we take a refundable security deposit upon check in. This security deposit is returned after the RV unit is inspected and determined to be in the same condition as it was upon check in. You are responsible for 100% of your reservation amount. No refunds are given for rental units as they are in high demand.
