Our pool is a "swim at your own risk" pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. There MUST be two adults in the pool at anytime if someone is swimming, one of the adults must be out of the water, per NYS guidelines.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when inside the pool idea.
