Seasonal Members

We offer campsites that are occupied for the duration of our season. About half of our campsites are occupied by seasonal campers. To inquire about available sites please call or email us.

Please call or email to find out about availability of sites for this season. Our camp map on our website does NOT show which sites are seasonal and which are transient (please call or email for available site numbers).
Each seasonal site has its own electric meter. Electric meters are read twice during the season and bills can be picked up in the office.
To secure a seasonal site, an application must be filled out and a $400 deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable. The site payment balance is due in full the day you move in or by April 15 of the current year; whichever is earlier. To receive an application, please call or stop into our office.
We are pet friendly. We allow up to two registered dogs per seasonal site. Proof of rabies vaccinations must be on file in office during the season.
We allow our seasonals to bring in their own golf carts. They must be insured and proof of insurance must be on file during the season in the office. All golf carts must be electric. And must be driven at all times by a licensed, responsible driver. Any golf cart operated after dark must have mounted on board head lights.

2025 seasonal site deposits are now being accepted. Balance will be due by April 15th, 2025.
For work requests, please sign up in office. The receptionist will put you on the list & one of the guys will get in touch with you concerning job details & payments. Rates vary depending on job requested.
We are offering a variety of event's, activities and entertainment for kids & adults all season long, we hope you take advantage of this and stop in to some or all!
